My job description :
- To manage and control our team activitiea
- As connection bridge between mentor and us
- Have responsible for this project
- To help the PM tasks
- Able to make sure the team in proper line or not
- As co- leader in this project
- Conduct the meeting with our team

Describe real activities :

Firstly, I really contributed to this project. I will share you about my contribution starts from I was given the idea for our group, I conduct the structure of our team, making the report for the project because when you want to make the report, we have to think the what is our plan? I already giving the planning for our project in detail. Then, I involved making the presentation starts with picking the template and think the content in PPT. I make the presentation with some of our committees and we do brainstorming. Also, I do the projection cost or budgeting, I and finance division consult of how we effective the budget for our project. It's taken the time almost 3 days because we don't want to the deficit. Next, when we want to make a meeting with our partner that only me attend to discuss. I always as a representative for our group, I discuss more in detail about how should we do there. I give the suggestion for our event, I and our partner do brainstorming about what should be needed for us through we check the division needs. After I finish the meeting, I directly inform our group teams. It's been a week to consult with our group and partner. The last, I and PM always check about the progress from each division.


The second. in executing I really contributed to this project. Let’s see that because our Project Manager stays in Jakarta being control food and beverage. I as the leader to keep maintain our team and partner properly. Starts from checking our team attendance and during the transfer, I check the goods that we need. After we have arrived at YKAKI, I directly consult with YKAKI team about rundowns and what we should do here include the rules and regulation, the formation of position and the technical during the event. After we discuss, I've announced what we have discussed before. When the time is run, I directly give the briefing for MC and all committees in order to involve during this event. Also, I involved in giving entertain such singing and dancing for the audiences. Because our goal wants to make the audience become cheers up and welcome us. Last, I keep the committees until we go back to Cikarang.


The last, in reporting phase I involved to make the presentation report. I collaborate with secretary to make how our presentation looks good and proper. Also i as one of our representative for our group to explain our event that we have done last month.


What lesson have you learned for this project?
  I have learned many things such when we want to make this projet that we need to make detail planning and we must to build the team work because our event will be succeed if our committees can cooperative during the agenda. But we little bit do cooperative during this event until finish. Also if we want to conduct social project that we have to well prepared until detail.

 What is my personal evaluation for this project?
  I have some suggestions about this project which is we have to collect money for donation and we can more actively participate with the patient because we see that some of us just see and play their gadget. If we want to get the benefit from this project, we should to really involved and talking with patient. The last, we must to more be prepared well.

The process making glass containers

Introduction The diagram describes the way in which the glass container, such as bottles, are manufactured and recycled. Overview Overall, this diagram show two procedures which are producing and recycling. The producing process consist of 3 steps, beginning with the mixing materials and ending up with the glass container. The recycling procedures consist of 5 steps, beginning with the collection of used glass bottle and ending up with the moulding into new products.
